Each board member must express and demonstrate a commitment to the mission of TOHA and be fully committed to the vision and service of TOHA. Board members must be willing to give time and resources (skills and experience) in providing leadership to TOHA.
Specifically, individual board member responsibilities include the following.

Although we currently have a governance board, there may be times when board members are asked to help with events, programs, or ad hoc requests based on their time availability or area of expertise.
