Elles recueillent des fonds par l\u2019entremise de boutiques, de magasins de d\u00e9tail et d\u2019autres initiatives de financement et remettent leurs recettes \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital pour soutenir les soins aux patients et la communaut\u00e9 hospitali\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles sont l\u2019\u00e9pine dorsale des Auxiliaires et ils viennent de tous les horizons.
